Trust SpA ("Trust", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of Mobbily users ("the Application"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Application.
By using Mobbily, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We recommend reading it carefully along with our Terms and Conditions.

About Location Data
Mobbily requires access to your location at all times (even when the application is in the background) to function properly while driving. This is essential for:

We share the following data with the insurer associated with your policy:

- Odometer verifications
This information is used by your insurer to assess risks, calculate premiums, and manage your policy according to the terms agreed with you.
4.2 Service Providers
We share information with third parties that help us operate the Application:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Secure data storage and application hosting
- Sentry: Application error and performance monitoring
- Map services: Route and location visualization
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the specified purposes.
4.3 Legal Authorities
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or when necessary to:

- Protect our rights or property
- Prevent fraud or illegal activities
- Protect the safety of users or the public
4.4 Corporate Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to existing privacy commitments.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for:

In accordance with Chilean Law 19.628 on Protection of Private Life and Law 21.719 on Personal Data Protection —which replaces it upon taking full effect on December 1, 2026—, you have the right to:

- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances.

Important Note
Deletion of certain data may affect your ability to use the Application and could have implications for your insurance policy. We recommend consulting with your insurer before requesting data deletion.
7. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256.
- Restricted access: Only authorized personnel have access to personal data.
- Secure infrastructure: We use cloud services with security certifications (AWS).
- Monitoring: Intrusion detection systems and continuous monitoring.
- Audits: Periodic security reviews.
However, no system is completely secure. If you detect any vulnerability, please report it to soporte@trust.lat.
8. International Transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside Chile, specifically in Amazon Web Services data centers in the United States.
These transfers are made under contractual safeguards with the provider (AWS Data Processing Addendum) and technical measures that include encryption of data in transit and at rest.
9. Children
Mobbily is not directed at minors under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The mobile Application does not use traditional cookies. However, we may use:
- Device identifiers: For application functionality and push notifications.
- Local storage: To save preferences and session data.
- Analytics tools: To understand application usage and improve the service.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted in the Application and on our website with the "last updated" date.
For material changes, we will notify you through the Application or by email at least 30 days in advance.

13. Additional Information for App Stores
13.1 Apple App Store
In addition to this policy, Apple requires us to declare the following types of data collected:

- Tracking data: We do not perform third-party advertising tracking.
13.2 Google Play Store
In accordance with Google Play Data Safety requirements, we declare:
- Data collected: Location, personal information, photos, device information.

- Deletion: You may request deletion of your data.
13.3 Huawei AppGallery
We comply with Huawei AppGallery privacy requirements, including:
